As much as I love to cook and bake myself, my second favourite thing to do is to dine out, especially when travelling.

BALI: fresh juice and pandan pancakes at the Ubad Ubud Cooking Class
SINGAPORE: breakfast at a Hawker Centre
JAPAN: this was easily the best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good museum or a panoramic view, but I could quite happily forgo all that for the experience of local food abroad.

NYC: bagels just don’t taste the same anywhere else
SICILY: amazing street food, with the star of the show: arancini
LONDON: Brilliant brunches
